By using this website or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to everyone.
1. What we offer
The website presents and sells online courses and digital learning materials, and live courses and workshops. The description, price, schedule and format of each product appear on its page. We may change or discontinue a product before you order it.
2. Prices and payment

Prices are in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT .

Payment is made by credit card through Tranzila, a secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.

A purchase is completed only after the payment is approved and you receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

We will issue a tax invoice or receipt as required by law.
3. Digital courses and materials

After payment you receive access details to the course or materials by email or in your account. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

You are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection.
4. Live courses and workshops

Registration is confirmed once payment is approved. Places are limited and are allocated in order of registration.

We may change dates, locations or instructors when necessary, and will notify you in advance. If we cancel a course or cannot offer you an alternative date that suits you, you will receive a full refund.

We may cancel a course that does not reach the minimum number of participants. In that case you will receive a full refund or may choose another date.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully. We may remove a participant who disrupts the course, and in that case no refund is due.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations are handled under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its Cancellation of Transaction Regulations, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.

How to cancel: send a written request to crevico.cranio.mandibular@gmail.com, stating your name, the product and the date of purchase.

Live courses and workshops: you may cancel within the period and under the conditions set by law.

Digital courses and materials: once you have been given access to the content or downloaded it, the content cannot be returned, and cancellation is therefore limited to the extent the law allows.

Refunds: approved refunds are made to the same credit card within 14 days of the cancellation request.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the website and in our courses, including texts, videos, presentations, worksheets, images, logos and design, belongs to CCMA or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning. You may not copy, record, distribute, publish, sell or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
7. No guarantee of results
Our courses and materials are educational and are provided for general information. We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy, but we do not guarantee any particular business, professional or financial result. Results depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. The content is not professional, legal, tax or financial advice.
8. Use of the website
You may not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, collect information from it automatically, or send harmful code. We may block access to anyone who breaches these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or interruptions caused by technical faults, third-party providers or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Israeli law.

The website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version applies from the date it is published on the website. A purchase you made earlier remains subject to the terms in force on the date of purchase.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
